I was receiving an odd error message on a self cleaning oven during the cleaning cycle. The tech came out and evaluated and indicated that there was bigger issue than the specific error code. We ordered a part and I was waiting for it to come in when the co-owner called and gave me a detailed explanation of why it was not a good idea to proceed. I appreciated his honesty and elected not to proceed with the repair. The oven operated normally other than cleaning. He promptly refunded the deposit we made to order the part. The was after another company declined to even come out for this. The oven is only 6 years old.
