Technician was here within the two hour appointment window. Another problem was discovered with our washer. Craig kept me informed as to his progress in locating the part. The part is no longer made. Craig and I worked on coming up with a satisfactory solution to fix the washer long with input from the tech. End result is that our washer is again working satisfactorily....and we know that we will need to be replacing it the next time it needs to be repaired.

The owner of the business was the person to come and repair my microwave He was professional,friendly and respectful of my home . I have a no shoe policy on my rugs and he had no problem kicking off his shoes even though i always offer shoe covers.I would definitely use them in the future.
