We had a problem with our refrigerator evaporator fan. Paul form Appliance Werks arrived at the beginning of our appointment time slot and was really nice and extremely knowledgeable. Our repair was a little tricky but her was able to figure it out and stuck with it until the repair was completed to 100%. Even had to order a 2nd part which he had shipped to himself overnight and he returned the next day. I would DEFINITELY use them again for any of my appliances and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Appliance Werks provided timely service and they made sure everything was working perfectly by completion of the job. The best part is that they are very reasonable, fair, and honest. Very impressed!!!

Great service. Honest about it only being a breaker issue with garbage disposal. Coming back to install new dishwasher due to seals being dry rotted on old one. Price as quoted.
